25th Word (passphrase) - Understanding

Hi Community, I want to understand the benefits of the optional passphrase (optional 25th word) better.

Example: If an attacker would actually get a copy of a 24 word wallet seed phrase in his hands (no value on the 24 word storage) - wouldnt it just be possible to try to hack for a possible 25th Word ?

If hope there is a technical explanation why this is impossible/nearly impossible :D maybe you can help!
