3 billion bitcoiners before 2026

OK. I'm just spit balling here so please don't come at me with holes in my theory ????

In the last 6 months 5 of my friends and family have gotten into bitcoin. I mention it every week on my social media or in person and those 5 people have asked me about it then took the step. I understand not everyone talks about their bitcoin or even has 5 friends. So let's say there's 100million bitcoin holders today and each bitcoiner orange pills 2 people.

After 6 months (1st period), each of those 100 million people has convinced 2 more people to adopt Bitcoin. That's an additional 200 million people, for a total of 300 million people. After another 6 months (2nd period), each of the 200 million new people has also convinced 2 more people to adopt Bitcoin. That's an additional 400 million people, for a total of 700 million people. After another 6 months (3rd period), each of the 400 million new people has also convinced 2 more people to adopt Bitcoin. That's an additional 800 million people, for a total of 1.5 billion people. After another 6 months (4th period), each of the 800 million new people has also convinced 2 more people to adopt Bitcoin. That's an additional 1.6 billion people, for a total of 3.1 billion people.

So, according to this model, if each person convinces 2 new people to adopt Bitcoin every 6 months, then approximately 3.1 billion people will own Bitcoin by October 2025. ????????
