binance blocked account

I've a Binance account, on the 9th of September I've acquired a Solana switch from one other Pockets, Binance has requested me if that deposit was coming from my account or one other account, I reply from that it was coming from myself, the funds have been credited in my account and a few minutes after that finance made a transfer from my handle, to a different handle 'binance 2' and it happens that those funds have been frozen, I've word acquired any official notification or noting from Binance saying that. yesterday, on the 15th I needed to withdraw my Solana in addition to different funds present on my Binance account, (I've USDC and EURO additionally there) and I see that I can't, end up that Binance has blocked my USDC and EURO that match the quantity of SOL, there's an error message saying that a part of =your funds are blocked, the Solana, but that the remaining can be found to withdraw. but in fact I can't withdraw neither the SOL, neighter the remainder of the money.
once I contact help I'm not getting any real answer from them just some robotic answer and no rationalization as to why the remainder of my money is blocked. (the usdc and the sol).
