Binance communication. Can anybody explain to me what is going on?

I ask for your help to let me understand what this communication from Binance is about:

This may be something normal, but since I have been reading a little bit too much about scams and stuff like that, I do not trust clicking on any link anymore.

In addition, my small mechanical-biased brain can not understand this complex 1 and 0 world.

So my questions basically are:

1. Is this email legit from Binance?
2. What is It about and should I just follow the steps they recommend?
