BTC lightning network deposits suspended?

Needed to deposit some BTC to my binance account by way of lightning network right now and noticed this, spoke with help however all they say is "we are at present taking a look at it,attempt again later".

Is it suspended for everyone?
(asking as a result of i didn't see something posted about it on their web site or right here)
