can't we access from datacenter ips?

Howdy, i used to entry binance api (api.binance.com) earlier from datacenter ip (i.e. vps)

but now it displays error

Uncaught Exception: API returned error code: 451 - Service unavailable from a restricted location in response to 'b. Eligibility' in https://www.binance.com/en/terms. Please contact customer service should you consider you acquired this message in error
```

but when i ping api.binance.com it's responding correctly.

is my IP banned or anything just lately modified at binance end?
