Facial verification initialization failed

Hi everybody, I am making an attempt to withdraw all the cash I've on my binance account as I'm a scholar and decided I shouldn't be risking cash now. Nevertheless, everytime I attempt to send the cash to my account, I'm asked to do face verification that doesn't even start. Once I click to confirm, I get the error message hooked up and I tried on totally different units (laptop computer, telephone, tablet). I attempted for a couple of days now. Any concepts on learn how to remedy this? Thanks!
