Gate.io holding my funds hostage (UID: 4274851) — Ignored their own 8-hour verification promise.

Hi everyone,
I want to warn you about Gate.io (UID: 4274851). They have frozen my withdrawal request and are holding my funds hostage without any explanation.
• My account is fully verified.
• They officially promised via email that the review would take 1 to 8 hours.
• The deadline has long passed, and my funds are still locked.
The worst part? Support hasn't even opened a case or asked me for any information yet. They just threw my account into a frozen loop and gave me robotic "please wait" answers in live chat.
I have nothing to hide. I already prepared a complete Comprehensive Audit Report (Source of Funds) proving these are 100% legitimate personal funds from family support, complete with all on-chain blockchain TXIDs (Bitget -> SafePal -> Gate.io).
Since Gate.io completely ignored their own deadlines, I have officially submitted a formal complaint to the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
