Help! Kast banned my account and won’t refund my funds.

I used an app called KAST for Bitcoin. During setup, they connected me to a bank account through Lead Bank. I transferred money from my Chase account into that Lead Bank account, and Chase shows the transfer was completed.

Right after the money was sent, KAST banned my account. Now I can’t access the app or the funds.

KAST’s own policy says they are responsible for refunding any unused money, but when I contacted them, they claimed they never received the money. Chase told me there isn’t much they can do because the receiving account already accepted the transfer.

The confusing part is that I don’t know if the Lead Bank account is legally mine, since it was opened through KAST, or if KAST controls it behind the scenes.

Has anyone dealt with KAST, Lead Bank, or a fintech app doing this? What should I do next?
