How to turn off Facial recognition login

Hey it turned itself on and I can't seem to show it off. If I would like my sister to withdraw my money I can't do it if I'm not physically current together with her. What if I die or I would like my mother to use my account. I need to just give them. The passwords and e mail. Password and that's it. In order that they login. At this state of one thing happens to me it's inconceivable to speak to my sister who isn't tech savvy the way to get my money out.
