I sent btc to bybit and it didnt go through now I can’t get it back

I need assistance. Im speaking to help, however help confirms that transaction is confirmed and tht the probelm is from individual using Bybit. Then the wprson contacted Bybit help they usually stated they will’t do something simply to see that they didn’t get the btc. What the fk am I suppose to do? The place did the money went? Weirdly sufficient second time they did get it, third time I despatched small sum they usually obtained it too however fourth time I despatched massive sum they usually didn’t get it once more. Anyone had this drawback? I actually need answering
