Invalid 2FA TOTP code on Coinex

The code from Google Authenticator on my phone doesn't work. Any alternatives to get this code? I can't get into my account but I have access to the phone I created my account and my email.

Long story short, I'm traveling in another city and fogot my password. I need the code to fix the issue but the Google Authenticator TOTP code I took on my device gives error on Coinex. Any specific actions I need to take on Google Authenticator to get the code that works on Coinex? Or any alternatives i can use to get the code and enter into the account?
