My Binance account has been “under review” for almost 2 years — no updates

Hiya everybody,

I used international Binance account since 2018. It was absolutely verified (handed KYC with ID, selfie and even more, it was efficiently re-verified about 1 week before withdrawal).

Virtually 2 years ago, I attempted to make a withdrawal (about 100$) and my account was immediately blocked without any notification. Since then:

• I can't log in in any respect.
• I never acquired any e-mail or official rationalization from Binance.
• Each time I contact help, I get the same generic message:

“Pricey Binancian,

We perceive your frustration and concern, at this time limit, the account is certainly presently underneath assessment, and we aren't capable of share any particulars relating to the evaluate at this current second.

If there's any info that we will provide to you, we'll achieve this on the earliest convenience without hesitation.”

This has been happening for almost 24 months with no progress. My funds are caught, and Binance help refuses to offer particulars or an ETA.

I understand compliance checks can take time, but 2 years and not using a single update seems unreasonable.

• Has anybody skilled one thing comparable?
• Is there any approach to escalate this past regular help?
• Should I contact regulators (e.g. Binance UAB in Lithuania)?

Any recommendation or shared experience can be massively appreciated.
