Quick question on sniping new Binance listing

Been grinding the crypto recreation for a bit now, mostly on Binance, and I've nailed some fast flips by jumping on new listings like zero.05 seconds after they drop. Often snag 10-20% positive factors straightforward, then dump before the hype fades. But these days, I'm seeing whispers about people getting in approach earlier like hours before the official Binance spot itemizing, and questioning if that's the ticket to these insane 500% pumps we all dream about.

Let's use a hypothetical coin referred to as "X" for instance. Say Binance declares X is listing this afternoon at, like, 2 PM ET. I've heard some individuals are shifting their funds from centralized exchanges over to a Web3 pockets or DEX (assume Uniswap or whatever's scorching on that chain) and scooping up X tokens 1-4 hours early. Apparently, these cash typically trade on DEXes pre-listing if there's early liquidity or airdrops or whatever.

My huge questions:

If I bridge my USDT or ETH over and purchase X an hour or 4 before the Binance drop, might I really see 20% good points or even those wild 500% surges like we've seen with some meme cash? I imply, the liquidity flood from Binance customers might moon it, proper?

Once it's formally listed, should I simply sell instantly to lock in income, or does low pre-listing liquidity make it a nightmare to exit? Don't wanna get caught!!

I've stuck to post-listing snipes to date 'cause it's low-risk fuel fees aside but is this pre-listing play even doable with out getting rekt? Feels dangerous AF with potential scams, rug pulls, or just missing the window. Anyone pulled this off successfully?
