Silent weapons for quiet wars

I recently stumbled upon this fascinating book / instruction manual, dated may 1979, and apparently written by a covert US institution. It is part of a (as we know, not so far fetched) conspiracy theory that the current financial and monetary systems are created by the wealthy elite, who willfully use insidious (financial) methods to enslave the populace, such as inflation. I think it is a very interesting read for us bitcoin folks - a lot of concepts that we are actively fighting against, are found in this book and explained in much detail.

The book, that was apparently never meant to be made public and was found in a second hand IBM printer by accident, describes and thoroughly instructs how the wealthy elite (in the US) can use ‘silent weapons’ on the population to effectively financially enslave the US population and, later on, the world population. The book mentions the role of media and - even more interesting for us - the essence of having control over the money printer and the use of price shocks to gobble up cheap assets from the middle and lower classes.

The book shines an interesting light on a lot of things that are happening in the world right now. Think easy monetary policy, followed by inflation of asset prices, an insane amount of consumer loans, followed by sharp rate hikes, and the introduction of CBDC’s…
