Stopped accessing account, a few years ago. Tried accessing it today, but wasn't able to. Who can I contact?

I have tried the Overlook my Password Function. I've also tried to create a new account using the original Binance e mail which appeared to let me, but I didnt go through with the affirm e mail as I wasn't positive if it might one way or the other override my previous binance account. I doubt it will, but just in case.

Does the fact that Binance let me create a brand new account suggest my previous one was deleted?
