The time I got scammed of my ETH, had to painfully spend almost 40 dollars of my own to replace the stolen ETH because of me being impulsive. Here is the story.

To clarify my previous post concerning me getting scammed a few days back, yes I had to spend money from my own bank account to replace the ETH resulting in a loss.

Scammer got away with a fake dapp scam which asked for my recovery phrase and him presumably deleting his Reddit account and/or blocking me.

Two wallets I own are compromised however I only lost the ETH within one of them as I decided to move my remaining Bitcoin and what was left of my Ethereum holdings over to another wallet I own. This was a 70 dollar mistake overall.

This was all my fault, and I learnt the hard way to not be impulsive with any financial things or anything in fact. This idea of clarifying my story to have a closure to this almost 70 dollar mistake has been in my mind for a few days now, I reflected on this and thus posted it in this post to end this mistake in my crypto portfolio.
