Title: ???? Binance Liquidated me due to App Freeze & Lag - Then Threatened to Ban me for Reporting it! (Case: CC8986325)

Hi everyone, I’m scripting this out of absolute frustration. I lost my complete financial savings on $SIREN/USDT yesterday (March 22, 10:52 AM) because the Binance App UI utterly froze.

The Incident: Through the volatility, I tried to set a Cease-Loss and repeatedly clicked 'Close Position.' The app was unresponsive for a number of seconds. By the point the UI synced, the liquidation had already been triggered.

The Evidence of Systemic Lag: For the last 2 months, I've observed a recurring challenge where my Cease-Losses (set at $150 loss) set off at $300+ loss. This 100% slippage is obvious evidence of execution latency on my account.

The Surprising Response from Binance Help (Ref: CC8986325):

1. The Video Lure: They admitted that "UI responsiveness points" can occur on the shopper aspect, however they REFUSE to refund as a result of I don't have a display recording of the freeze. Who data their display whereas panicking to save lots of their life savings?
2. The Menace: Once I insisted on a technical audit of the UI latency, the senior agent advised me that if I continue to complain or "threaten" social media exposure, they may PERMANENTLY DISABLE my Futures Trading perform. I am a loyal consumer being gaslit by a billion-dollar firm. They claim they compensate for errors (linking previous ETH contract points), however they disguise behind "No Server Error" when their very own App UI fails to ship the command.

Has anybody else confronted this "Video Proof" wall? How can we maintain them accountable when the app itself is the purpose of failure?
