Trezor's shipping provider, ShipMonk, data breach. Great, just what we need.

We’re emailing you because you received a Trezor order from either the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, or Portugal within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026, and your personal data was unfortunately exposed in a recent security incident involving our shipping provider, ShipMonk.

On Monday, August 10, one of our shipping providers, ShipMonk, informed us of unauthorized access to their systems containing customer data. This occurred due to a data breach. Investigation is ongoing.

We’re extremely sorry to inform you that your full name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and email address were exposed during this breach.

Trezor systems were not compromised, and your device is secure, but you might receive sophisticated phishing attempts involving your personal information.
