Binance P2P suspension

I had a very dangerous chain of occasions in binance P2P resulted in a wash trading suspension and regardless of my conditions they appear to be very strict and never giving any possibilities to carry this ban

drawback started on 14 Might 2025

eight cancelled orders bcs of cost processor outage

as I was a beginner P2P Maker Consumer, I didn't know the cancellation cause I ought to use to not be accountable on all these cancellations, so I canceled all these orders and my completion ratio obtained nuked to like 60%

once I noticed my completion price I immediately initiated an attraction on these orders, but I solely obtained a response after 2 hours askin me to offer proofs, but after 2 hours the cost processor was working once more, so I had no proof to submit which led me to seek one other approach to repair my completion ratio

I was afraid to be suspended on wash buying and selling if I did small transactions and I recall once I was talking to the cs askin what wash buying and selling means, he answered me that I did many buy/sell of similar quantities

I obtained a improper picture of that wash buying and selling is once I sell and then rebuy what I bought

so I sensible (dum) brain thought it's okay to only do it in one path (only buy) so I did few small transactions on almost similar amounts (1~2$) with totally different cost methods each few hours

(these are the wash trading ban purpose now >_< )

I wanna add that I didn't need to distrubte the p2p group nor doin any dangerous trades on the longer term or needed to rip-off anybody with my "good states" I even obtained a 100% constructive feedback on P2P stats on complete of 619 orders

I 've been using Binance since like 2021 and it was my first Crypto platfrom and greatest thus far to do P2P transactions, I never meant to wreck the p2p group

yet they don't need to give any exceptions and raise my ban :/ as this the 2nd time I get this type of ban

If anybody know someone that can look into my case and assist me please to get this suspension lifted
