The title says it all. I got into ATOM around 2022-23 and have a few hundred of them. The average price I got them for was about 9 bucks per. Should I hold? Transfer into btc or eth and just take the loss? They're currently trading around 5 bucks. I'm not sure what to do and would love some opinions on what you all would do.
