My friend hates bitcoin

Recently I had a conversation with a friend concerning Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.

His views are the world is not ready for that because the current financial system is already great.

His views is that captialism is how make the world go round. He said the system has been made so we have poor and rich.

He also said that the current fiat system allow loopholes because this is what the rich want to have.

Now I got no answer for him. Because his beliefs is that we need poor and rich and the rich has the keys to the betterment of the world.

Also.. he is aware that CBDC is making things even worse now. Everything could be tracked. And he blames bitcoin for that.

Any arguments to refute those ?
